Bill brings over 40 years of development and construction management experience and has a portfolio of complex and award-winning projects in most sectors of real estate and renewable energy. Bill’s keen understanding of the industry, from concept through construction, has proven critical to his ability to manage projects.

 

In the energy sector, Bill managed 215 MW in 7 utility scale solar projects, as well as an off-grid event center operating on a micro grid of solar, LTO batteries and standby gas gensets. All in, Bill has built/managed $1 billion of renewable and commercial real estate projects in NY, CO, NV, NM & LA.

 

In the development sector, Bill has many years experience directing and managing all phases of the construction process from design, permitting, field inspection and management, to commissioning, operations and property management.
