Project Manager for a 300 acre office industrial and retail development located just outside of Rochester, NY,  Successfully negotiated all environmental agency approvals and permits. Concurrently managed $45 million of construction including $26 million in buildings and $18.5 million of infrastructure.  Occupants included Eastman Kodak Company, IBM, Gannett, Johnson & Johnson
